About us
Logistics built on the ground in Dnipro
Since 2009, we have been moving cargo across Ukraine and beyond with the discipline, transparency and care that only a team with skin in the game can provide.
Our story
From a Dnipro yard to a full-service freight partner
Dnipro Logistics was founded in 2009 by Mykola Bondarenko and a small group of transport veterans who believed Ukrainian businesses deserved a freight partner with honest pricing, predictable transit times and real accountability when things go wrong.
We started with three curtainsider trucks and a rented yard on the outskirts of Dnipro. Within four years we had added in-house customs brokerage, enabling our clients to handle imports and exports through a single point of contact. By 2016 we had opened our bonded warehousing facility — 3,800 sq m of modern logistics space that serves as the hub of our distribution operations today.
Operating through extraordinarily demanding conditions over the last several years has tested every part of our business — and confirmed what we already believed: that local expertise, owned assets and a deeply loyal team are what make a logistics partner worth keeping. We remain headquartered in Dnipro, fully operational, and committed to every client we serve.

Our journey
Key milestones, 2009 – 2026
Seventeen years of deliberate growth — adding capability when clients needed it, not when investors demanded it.
-
2009
Founded in Dnipro
Mykola Bondarenko registers Dnipro Logistics LLC with three curtainsider trucks, a rented yard in the Amur-Nyzhnodniprovsk district and a focus on FTL haulage within the Dnipropetrovsk region. First client: a local pipe manufacturer shipping to Odesa port.
-
2011
Fleet expansion to 12 trucks
Growing demand from industrial clients in Kryvyi Rih and Zaporizhzhia drives a fleet doubling. Dedicated dispatcher role created — the start of our 24/7 monitoring culture. First cross-border haul to Poland completed under TIR carnet.
-
2013
In-house customs brokerage launched
We bring customs declarations in-house, hiring two licensed brokers. Clients can now handle import and export paperwork through a single point of contact. Average customs clearance time drops from 3 days (using external brokers) to under 18 hours.
-
2015
ADR certification & pharma cold-chain capability
First ATP-certified refrigerated trailers added to the fleet, opening the pharmaceutical and food temperature-control segment. ADR driver training programme launched; all operational drivers certified by year-end. Membership in the Ukrainian Association of Logisticians formalised.
-
2016
Bonded warehouse opened — 3,800 sq m
Our owned logistics facility at Naberezhna Peremohy opens, offering general and bonded warehouse status, WMS-managed inventory and cross-docking capability. First clients sign 12-month warehousing contracts within 60 days of opening.
-
2018
Real-time GPS tracking platform deployed
Fleet-wide telematics system deployed, giving clients live shipment visibility via automated email updates. Average client "where is my truck?" enquiry volume drops by 80% within three months of launch.
-
2020
LTL consolidation hub established
Formal less-than-truckload consolidation service launched, using the Dnipro warehouse as a hub to aggregate part-loads on fixed weekly lanes to Kyiv, Kharkiv, Odesa and Lviv. Enables SME clients to access freight economics previously reserved for large shippers.
-
2022
Operational continuity under wartime conditions
Despite the full-scale invasion, Dnipro Logistics maintains uninterrupted operations. We reroute lanes, pre-position vehicles and prioritise humanitarian and critical-industry freight. Zero client contracts terminated. Staff retained at full capacity throughout.
-
2024
Rail & multimodal freight service added
Rail wagon leasing and container movements integrated into our service portfolio, creating true multimodal capability — road, rail and intermodal container — under one contract. First rail shipment to Central Asia via UTLC corridor completed in Q2 2024.
-
2026
Today — 42 specialists, 4,200+ shipments/year
Dnipro Logistics operates a fleet of 28 owned vehicles, 3,800 sq m of bonded warehouse, in-house customs brokerage and a 24/7 dispatch centre. 98% on-time delivery rate. Fully operational and growing — ready for whatever comes next.
Our mission
To keep Ukrainian commerce moving, reliably and transparently
We exist to give businesses — manufacturers, importers, exporters and distributors — the freight infrastructure they need to trade confidently, compete effectively and grow without supply-chain anxiety holding them back.
What we stand for
Six values we refuse to compromise
Punctuality
An agreed transit time is a commitment, not a target. We plan routes, assign contingency vehicles and monitor every run to protect your deadline.
Transparency
Pricing is itemised, tracking is real-time and you always know exactly where your cargo is and what it will cost. No hidden surcharges, no vague ETAs.
Ownership
When something goes wrong — and occasionally it does in freight — we own the problem, communicate immediately and take responsibility for the fix.
Local Knowledge
16 years of operating in Ukraine means we understand the roads, the regulations, the border crossings and the practical realities that online freight platforms simply don't.
Compliance
Customs declarations, ADR handling, ATP cold-chain and CMR documentation are done by the book, every time. Cutting corners on paperwork is how cargo gets stuck at a border.
Care for Cargo
Every consignment is handled as if it were our own — correct restraint, the right trailer, condition checks at each leg. Goods arrive in the state they left in, not just on time.
