• Data relating to a freight services contract: for the duration of the contract and for 5 years thereafter, consistent with Ukrainian civil and tax law retention requirements.
• Analytics and technical data: retained in aggregated form; individual-level data is deleted or anonymised within 26 months.

• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
• Request erasure of your data ("right to be forgotten") where there is no overriding legal basis to retain it;

Our primary data processing takes place within Ukraine. Where we use service providers based outside Ukraine (for example, cloud hosting or analytics providers), we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place — such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions — to protect your data to the same standard as required under Ukrainian law and GDPR.
